Terms of Engagement

These terms describe the basis on which TFI Consultancies Ltd (“TFI”) — registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17396349, 128 City Road, London — provides this website and enters engagements.

Content is general information about our services — not an offer, a guarantee of results, or advice to be relied on without engaging us. Case material is anonymised; past outcomes do not guarantee future results.

Engagements

An enquiry does not create a contract. Engagements are entered only under a written agreement covering scope, duration and commercial terms. We assess each opportunity and may decline where we do not believe a product can succeed.

Confidentiality

Information disclosed to us is treated as confidential; where appropriate we execute a non-disclosure agreement before sensitive information is exchanged. We do not publish client identities.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information provided, the quality, safety and legal compliance of your products, and any approvals or registrations required in a target market. TFI does not act as importer, manufacturer or regulatory representative.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit arising from use of this website.

Law
